Ducks and stuffSunday, April 11Happy Easter! What a joyous day. =) This morning Danielle and I went to the sunrise service that's held every year at the Lincoln Memorial...it was pretty cool. We woke up at 5 am (!) and the service started at around 6:30 am. It was awesome to be worshipping with so many other people...the steps of the memorial were filled as well as the whole area between it and the reflecting pool. Then I came home and had a nice 6 hour nap...hehe, i got 1 hour of sleep at night, man. Anyways ALIAAAAS starts in 15 minutes so I need to finish up some stuff. Shoot, gotta write a short paper tonight. I haven't felt like doing anything this weekend...last week was really draining and totally wiped me out. Oh yeah, and my apologies for that mad long entry below...I just found it to be a really interesting story that questions affirmative action. You know what's kind of weird? I'm capitalizing properly! Like, whoa. |
