Ducks and stuffSunday, November 10you better lose yourself in the music, the moment/you own it, you better never let it go8 mile....good movie. hm, the more i think about it, the better it is. it was really inspiring- i never thought i could be inspired my eminem. hehe. i thought overall the movie was really well made, and the ending is awesome. it's definitely the best movie about a singer who plays a singer. some parts of it were rather gratuitous, unfortunately...specifically, the prolonged sex scene. it was a little too explicit...after about a minute, you could feel the entire theater thinking, ok now, that's enough. it was also really weird because, of all people, it was eminem and tai from clueless! yeah, so that kind of scarred me. =P i thought they portray the hopelessness of poverty really well; it's one of the strongest aspects of the movie. they did it without any sort of cliche. aahh, the freestyle rappers are so good!! the battle scenes were amazing. when eminem was performing, he was so inspiring and awesome that i felt like i could freestyle too. so overall, it's one of the best movies i've seen in a long time. |
