all i have to say is, god is good. =) so the past couple of weeks i had the hardest time coming up with a skit idea for the christmas program, neither jon nor i could think of something good. i found something online, but it wasn't that great. lisa didn't think so either, and she called me last night. and i still hadn't thought of something. she's like, "oh well i guess i can tell mrs. yang that we haven't got something yet." and that sucks. but while i was having my piano lesson, right in the middle of playing a song, this idea just suddenly pops into my head! i was totally shocked that i actually thought of something, and it was a pretty weird time. so after my lesson i called lisa but she wasn't there and i left a message saying i thought of an idea. she called me back later and i told her my idea and she really liked it! the cool thing is, she said she had just come back from a prayer meeting and she had prayed that we would come up with an idea. that's around the same time i was having my piano lesson and the idea just suddenly came to me.i realized that i hadn't really been praying about the skit, and was more relying on my own self to come up with something, instead of asking god for help. i'm really thankful that lisa prayed about it and that god answered that prayer. answered prayers are so so cool. =)
